Humans exhibit bold strength when, like evergreen trees, we are deeply rooted and adaptable through every season. Resilience isn’t about avoiding challenges; it’s about having the tools and mindset to navigate them with clarity and courage. This name represents the work of building lasting confidence, nurturing relationships, and developing the skills to weather life’s ups and downs while continuing to grow.
Evergreen Resilience
Confidence isn’t about pretending or performing. It comes from knowing who you are, building your skills, and finding your people.
I grew up as the only girl in a neighborhood full of boys and as a religious minority in my community. I played sports, got teased, was discriminated against, and held my own. I didn’t build confidence by fitting in. I built it by understanding who I was, pursuing what interested me, and inviting others to join.
I began my career in roles focused on behavior change: supporting people through substance use treatment, mental health challenges, domestic violence, and other traumas, strengthening both individuals and families.
I then co-founded a nonprofit led primarily by women, for women, where we helped people reclaim their past, design their future, and lead with purpose. In that work, I partnered with individuals, teams, and executives to clarify values, set goals, and create meaningful change.
For more than 20 years, I’ve studied psychology, sociology, relationships, habit change, and leadership— not only in books, but through real life. In addition to supporting thousands of clients, I applied these skills to my own journey. During the stress of the pandemic, I navigated a difficult marriage that ended in divorce, turned conflict with my kids into trust, stepped back into the dating world, and now recoupling and blending families.

Those experiences showed me how urgently relationship tools are needed, especially for men. During dating, I began offering honest feedback, and men started asking me to coach them.
That sparked a change for me. I transitioned from nonprofit leadership into relationship coaching to help people create the lives they want to live. I guide men in turning problem-solving into relationship skills, help women implement habits that bring them satisfaction, support parents to foster connection instead of control, build skills for partners to deepen intimacy or navigate hard transitions, and uplift leaders to build teams that thrive. My work blends practical tools with a bigger vision: lives, relationships, and communities rooted in clarity, resilience, and strength.
My vision: a world where people communicate with clarity and kindness, value themselves and others, and navigate challenges with deep roots and bold strength.
